Toyota of Denton is the only Dealership my family and I will ever go to. I have percussed three vehicles from Mark Gonzales and it has been the best experience I have ever had. When I percussed My 4runner the running boards where missing, it was late so I decided I would just call them in the morning the next day, I thought that because I had already taking My vehicle home they would give me a hassle to get them put on. To my surprise within five minuets I was talking to a manager and he gave me his number and within four days they put them on (it was four days only because they had to order them) I love the hole Denton team, serves has never lied to me saying I need to do more maintenance then what is needed. Would highly recommend Toyota of Denton.

Took 5 minutes before anyone ever even acknowledged I was there. Took forever before my truck was taken back to be serviced for just an oil change. Once it was complete (hour and a half later), it sat there for about 20 minutes before I finally went to notify my advisor it was done. Then I noticed just the other day that the “check and top off fluids” part of my oil change I paid for must have never happened as I have no windshield wiper fluid, none. I wonder if the oil change even really happened. What a cluster.

We had a great experience at this Toyota. They did not try to pressure us into buying a car and ultimately after looking around we came back to purchase our SUV. They offer lifetime power train warranty which is something the other local Toyota dealerships did not have. The sales agent Rafael and finance person were so easy to work with. Outstanding job at creating a great customer experience!
