Cheaper than the the college bookstore
Love this place, fantastic options, great staff, friendly. The staff sure knows how to treat their customers. Their prices are awesome and they have had everything I always needed it when I was looking for it. For a great price.
DON'T BUY EBOOKS FROM HERE Tip for any student reading this: buy your ebook online, not through Voertmans. Usually the ebook host will give you a refund if you need it. PLUS my ebook was the exact same price down to the cent on the website, but I also would've gotten a refund. Trust me- from a senior. I got an ebook for a class, but didn't need it anymore. Never used it or the access code. I call and ask can I return it and they say yes. So I drive 37 minutes out to Denton, and they tell me I can't return it for a refund because the access code was used, and that this happened to another girl too. They told me to contact the website the ebook is hosted on. Well I did and they said the access code has never been redeemed. So I call Voertman's again and ask to speak to a manager. The person on the other end asks for my name and phone number and says I'll get a call back. I don't. At the end of the day, I was entitled to a refund, and your customer service sucks.
Do yourself a favor and buy from Voertman's! I have come to them 4 semesters in a row, each time they work with me on making sure I get the books I need when I need them regardless of how I am doing financially. The staff is always super helpful and friendly in-store and over live chat! I will be loyal to Voertman's until I graduate!!
