Pharmacy is constantly understaffed. Every time I pick up prescriptions, it's a 30 minute wait. Doesn't matter if you go inside or through the drive through, minimum 30 minutes. When I spoke to management, they informed me that they will not put additional staff in the pharmacy so they can remain profitable.
Shout out to the two guys manning the store at midnight during the Denton 2021 Valentines snow-pocalypse. Helped me out grabbing peroxide to induce vomiting in my dog who ate a bunch of chocolate in the middle of the night. Literally saved my dog.
Pharmacy very rude!! As soon as new insurance kicks in, I will move to a different pharmacy. The lady (and I use this term loosely) was extremely in unprofessional. I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN BY CHOICE. I will file a complaint with Corp on Monday!!
Waited on \hold\ for over 45 minutes though nobody ever greeted me. They just kept picking up and putting me back on hold. Such a frustrating experience. I will never send prescriptions here again.
