Maintenance request was handled quickly. I had a leaking garbage disposal and a burner that shorted out on my range. Maintenance quickly replaced all the parts. I’ve had two other maintenance requests since moving-in in Sept 2020 they were handled very quickly as well. Bennet and Leo were professional and courteous. They sure there wasn’t anything else I needed like light bulbs or slats for my blinds that could be replace before they left, as well as any other issues anywhere in the house. Ray worked on my previous requests and he is also very professional and courteous. Very happy with the maintenance team here.

Tara at the front office, leasing professional, was super helpful, informative, kind, understanding, patient, and hardworking. She puts in immense effort with a positive attitude to ensure that you have the best apartment you’re looking for that fits your desires and needs. She goes the extra mile for future residents and I witnessed superb customer service with current residents. The community seems welcoming and safe. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DUMP! THEY DESERVE 0 STARS! Within 30 days the water has been off 7 times, 4 of those times were over night. I'll be lighting my lease on fire and getting the hell out of here. The new 'manager'(not sure how she got the job) blames everything on the last owners, she takes no responsibility and her people skills really need some work. They gave less than 12 hours notice the outlets were being replace and all of my furniture needed to be moved, the workers left behind a mess that I had to clean up. Not mention they wore dirty shoes in my apt. New management/owners are terrible Almost 2 years here, and a rapid decline is the nice way to put it. The laundry room is a joke at best. Randomly the entire building will smell like trash and garlic. I can not wait until my lease is over and can move out. I would recommend that if you are looking for a clean and peaceful place to live, look somewhere else.

Five stars but for Tara only! I have lived in this apartment for over five years and she is the only person in the front office who has ever cared enough to actually contact us and get things done. Before her this place was a mess, she has completely turned things around for the complex, Advenir is lucky they have her!! Give this amazing lady a pay RAISE!
