Great airport parking!
wow not only did they lie about helping me book a room for the night...... she laughed at me falling asleep in the lobby trying to figure out the room i paid for.. they will not help... was actually gonna pay the security deposit but other people who couldnt afford that got allowed in over me .. they do non refundaable because they are terrible people with terrible attitudes and agendas... not only dont reccomend ..... you should RUN AWAY!!!! especially with any complication... ill willed night staff ..gross woman
Parking was fine. Ride to the Airport was fine. When we returned we waited 45 min for a shuttle. This is not the first time this has happened to us with AmericanInn. Never again.

The worst! I don't know where to start. The problem was not being picked up at the Denver airport. AmericInn is only 11 minutes from the airport. I was told a shuttle would be there in 15 minutes. Over an hour later waiting in the freezing weather, the shuttle hadn't come when all the other hotel shuttles came and went multiply times. I called the hotel a couple times when the young woman at the reception late the evening of Nov 10, 2018 decided to put me on hold and never come back instead of assisting me. I called the central reservations number for AmericInn and talked to a manager who also couldn't get through to the hotel because the desk clerk left the phone unattended. When the shuttle driver finally came, he said that no one was on duty for a while because they had a shift change and that the woman at the counter knew this, but chose to lie instead. Really awful experience. I will never use this hotel again for staying or parking.
Do not stay here find somewhere else. They sell out there parking lot for people at the airport and leave no spots for their guests so they recommend parking on the street. Worst amerinn I have ever stayed at.
Would not choose to stay but airline chose. Shower had red smears that couldn't be cleaned. The road is loud and the train runs late.
