Incredible customer service and very prompt responses. Even during the Covid pandemic, they were quick to respond to my concerns. I ordered a zip line and there was a small crimp in the wire. They fedex'd a replacement to me immediately. Then, I noticed that there was a missing nut which they also sent over right away. Very impressive customer service and the zipline itself is fantastic. I highly recommend.

Incredibly disappointed and frustrated after multiple failed attempts contacting Dustin, the customer service associate, many times since June 5th, in an attempt to get the missing and damaged parts sent out for the Plum play swing set we received. I was emailed on June 5th and told to return the “trampoline” after multiple emails regarding a swing set, which we have unpacked and no longer have a box or a way to return it. We wanted the parts sent out and he has stopped responding to any emails or requests for answers. This is such a disappointing experience and I will never buy another Plum play product or B4 adventure. He told me the parts would be shipped as soon as they received the shipment from the manufacturer and then changed his tune and told us to return it and that he would ship us a free b4 adventure product for the troubles. Nothing has happened to replace the parts and we’ve received no response since June 5th. I was very patient and understanding due to the situation with the pandemic and associated delays but I’m no longer seeing this as an issue due to COVID-19 delays. This is a customer service issue and poor communication and follow through.
