Dr Hupp created my dialysis fistula which was a 3 step procedure in my case. Not only did I enjoy working with Dr Hupp she did a beautiful job with no pain afterwards. Unlike a number of patients in my dialysis clinic, I had no nasty post-op complications. My 3 scars are so fine one can hardly see them. I see fat ugly scars on some other patients in my clinic. I had my catheter removed by a PA with no pain. Some of the patients in my clinic had theirs yanked out with no pain killer and told me to expect the process to hurt. It didn't; quick and painless. Most of the people in my clinic had their fistulas created by the same surgeon whom I didn't want. I asked other nephrologists who they sent their pts to and was given Colleen Hupp's name.

Needed surgery on both legs. First one went fine. The second one they permanently damaged my nerve, caused an infection which caused excrutiating pain and the surgery failed. The Dr. told me she would redo the surgery for free but never did.
