There might be an error on the map, or on the Duty Free website. But as of the 1st week of December 2020, the Duty Free Store in Terminal B is not open (image attached).

Staff aren't very helpful. It's like they don't really want to sell you anything. When making a purchase, they chat with each other and take their time while you're trying to catch a flight. The selection here is good, with lots of liquor and cigarette choices. The store is very big as well so you have plenty to look at and see. They just need to work on the customer service a bit.

everyone leaving a one star review just do not know how to shop in the store or ask questions most of these people leaving comments /reviews have their heads up their butt cause they think they own the airport since they have a flight to catch news flash you guys are not the only ones flying out of the airport i purchased tons of things here a lot of the time and never have an issue everyone reviewing is just to stuck up and have never been inside a international shop !

They post false advertising signs about supposed discounts (15% off, mix and match) and then refuse to give the discount! Amazingly bad practice! I would have thought that was illegal, but I guess most people dont notice during checkout when youre worried about other things such as pickup info

They require delivery to the gate and won't deliver close to boarding. With a short connection we had no way to bring back gifts for family. Why we can't bring to the gate ourselves I don't know.

I get it that it is an airport and everyone is in a hurry..... But the people working in this store were the most unfriendly people I have came across in any airport! Wow! Asking a simple question and being treated like you asked them to rub your feet or something was crazy! Simple concept of being in the service industry is to treat people with a little respect.
