Brandon and Nate have been first class service providers to my business. I have purchased equipment and continue to order my supplies through Grimco and have had nothing but excellent service.

Two weeks ago I went Grimco to buy \polycarbonate by the foot\ and I needed cutting service of the material also. The seller told me that they do not cut, that I should find any other place to cut the material. So I went to \Midwest Advertising Specs\ and they sold me the material and cutted the measures that I needed. I found better place to buy the materials, Thanks Grimco. Three weeks ago. I ordered 3 \max metal\ sheets with some cuts. I gave the seller the measures that I needed. I review the measures with him twice It look like he never understood. The order was cut wrong. I had to return the material and I told the guy that everything was wrong. He accepted to give me back the money. Two days ago I went to buy some materials and !Oh Surprise! my account was canceled. When I asked why. The seller told me because the last time I ordered materials with too many cuts (it wasn't too many). I did nothing wrong, you guys made a mistake. Now as a punishment by buy with many cuts, my account is close.
Worst customer service I have experienced in the industry. Routinely sent me the wrong items, wrong quantities and damaged materials and then blamed me and refused to return the items. They get offended when they make mistakes and you call them out - a mistake is a mistake, own up to it and try not to do it again - not these guys - they don't care about you or your company. They just want to get you off the phone so they can go home. I've never had more problems with or been treated worse by another supply company.
I order a few times a year from Grimco and haven't had any problems. The last order I placed with Grimco they overcharged me. When I called to get the problem taken care of they wanted me to fill out paperwork that was already on file and didn't want to refund me the difference but wanted to give me a \credit\ on my next order. Unacceptable.
I don't own a sign shop but they were happy to help me with what I needed for my business. Excellent service!
