The food was so good that I feel compelled to write a review. This was the best meal I've had in a long time. Great sides, amazing hummus, and delicious soup. I ordered (delivery) the Lebanese chicken kabob that came with hummus, tabouleh and pita, and also got a cup of the chicken and veggie soup. and it all arrived hot and really hit the spot. The kabobs were grilled to perfection with green peppers and onions, and came with a garlic sauce I want to put on everything now. It was healthy but didn't feel too healthy-- so much flavor.

This place is seriously INCREDIBLE. I would give 10 stars if I could! :D I work on Colorado blvd and I can honestly say I have the chicken lunch special almost everyday for lunch. I have NEVER had a bad experience from HOK. The chicken is always cooked and seasoned perfectly, paired with a delicious garlic sauce that can't be beat. The saffron basmati rice is always fresh and cooked just right, and the salad has an amazing dressing that comes on top of it. You have to try this place! You will not regret it. It has easily become one of my favorite Denver restaurants.

Falafel was SO good. Tons of meat on the kabob...delicious and a great value. Kanafe was such a treat for dessert. Everything tasted super fresh. Will definitely be coming back.

The staff was very friendly. The food is halal. The family now running the restaurant recently purchased the restaurant. They have redone the interior. I can't wait to come dine indoors once it's allowed. You can also order online for pickup.
