Would give no stars if I could. 11 months ago we paid for our staff to take the compliance class with iComply. We are still awaiting our certificates. The night we showed up in March of 2016 we were given the WRONG PRESENTATION and the WRONG test. We paid our staff to be there. We paid for the class. They refused to give us a refund and instead suggested that they would come to the store and give the correct presentation and test. They didn't give the presentation but instead gave the staff booklets to study from. We paid all of our current staff again to show up to be tested. This was in the Spring of 2016. We waited and waited on certificates. We called and emailed. By the time we got a response we were told they couldn't send us certificates because we had new staff members. We arranged for them to take the test. It's been four more months since that happened and we still don't have certificates. It's been 46 weeks since we started this debacle and today we were told again that there's been hang ups and now they have to talk to owner Mark Slaugh to see if we can even get our certificates. I would avoid this company like the plague.
