Overall we have had nothing but good experiences with Dr. Nadra and his staff. A couple hiccups here and there, but nothing that keeps us from coming back. There was the time we showed up on a Saturday with a sick child and had to “muscle”‘our way into their busy schedule. I attribute to the staff, which seems to rotate more often lately. Then the time we showed for a vaccination appointment only to be told that the vaccines were compromised and we had to reschedule. Not a big deal, just a couple hours off of work that could have been avoided with a simple call. This morning was a bit too much for us. We brought in our 21 month old daughter with a suspected earache. The office was open, but they would not see sick patients. Instead we were told that we could not be seen and no suggestions were given. It would have been nice to see this noted on their website. Have you ever had an ear ache? One of the most excruciatingly painful infections you’ll get as a child. Kim was at the office and graciously came out and told us there was nothing she could do either. Why are you posting Saturday hours if you don’t want to see patients? Why do we have a dr if it takes days to get a sick visit? I’m sure there are many out there that have nothing but good to say about Wissam, Misty, Kim and their staff. But looking at the growing lists of one star ratings, I would suggest you seek alternatives.

Misty is a joke. She lied to my husband about blood work Said my son didn't need to be tested for COVID. He didn't have any of the symptoms. He has a weak immune system due to autoimmune disease Crazy because not everyone has same symptoms and some people have no symptoms. Where has she been????Had to take him elsewhere to be tested. If it were her immediate family or kids I'm sure she would be equally upset!! A parent just knows their kids.
Took my Grandson there since infancy. He is now 11 and we changed Pediatricians this year. The front desk person is very snarky. We started out seeing Dr Nadra, then Misty. The last couple years it was always a different PA.
We absolutely love Dr. Nadra, Misti, Kim, and the whole team at Lakeshore! We've taken our boys there for many years and are treated like family. We've had exceptional care from every single provider and never feel rushed. We are also grateful for the network of specialists they're connected to and the follow-up care we get from Lakeshore after we've seen specialists. In all, they do whatever is needed to ensure our kids get the best care, and we're so thankful for this group.
After reading some reviews I felt I should review. I have been bringing my son here since he was born. They have always been friendly and loving since day one. I have only known Dr. Nadra to be very open and sincere, never a ‘know it all’. Everyone has bad experiences some where, don’t let others deter you from here. I have never had an issue getting a quick appointment or with payments. My son has seen a lot of specialties, so I’ve been to a lot of pediatric doctors; this office is home for us!
