Customer service and the delivery drivers are always exceptionally friendly and accommodating whenever I speak to them. Definitely a positive experience for me.
They once had me wait 2 hours to fill my tank. I walk in and this guy was talking to his buddy for 30 minutes before helping me. I only come to this store when I'm desperate and the other welding supply stores take too long to get too
I have never been treated so poorly by someone in customer service/sales. I stopped by looking to purchase a welder and some other tools. They were all out of the catalogs and then they said they didn’t sell the tools I was looking for, to go try Walmart. When I share my experience with other welders they say they’ve received the same treatment. Guess I’m glad it wasn’t just me. I will never step foot in this place again!!
best place in Denver to fill tanks ... have purchased from a few of the other locations around town but the service, knowledge, and promptness is far above the other shops. I had arc issues with a package of tungsten and it was easily exchanged. It seems their prices are better too. If it's a downside - I wish they were open a few hours on saturdays.
