First time, had been wanting to try for a while. The food was great, the atmosphere is cute. We sat in an outside area that was covered for the most part and had heaters. However, every time they opened the door leading to the main “inside” it created a terrible draft. Keep in mind it is winter in Colorado. So every time a server or host would open the door to check on guests and sit people down I would freeze. I think the tables inside felt this as well because I got up several times to shut this sliding door and the tables inside would give me a thumbs up, like omg thank you. I think Mizu was doing the best they could with the current pandemic situation. I would recommend when making a reservation to request inside dining. I didn’t specify nor do I remember it being an option, but typically most reservation apps/sites have a section for special requests. It’s a bit pricey compared to other similar places, but it was good.

Amazing place!!! Very cool vibe, and classy Japanese Restaurant! Very friendly and respectful staff, and the Sushi is by far the best I had in years in Denver! We used to go to Sushi Hai for 11 years, and had a fall out with the manager! We tried Mizu, and I’m grateful I found a Jew favorite place! The quality of fish and service surpasses any experience so far in Denver! The atmosphere is warm and friendly and the art work is very cool! Highly recommend Mizu for a night out!
Great overall experience. Cocktails delicious, great sake selection. Steam buns, rolls, and nigiri were outstanding. Highly recommend the spicy crispy tuna. Great app!
I love all of them.. sooo good and will be back for more for sure!! I think I gained 20lb but all worth it!!
