Horrible experience. Go somewhere else!! Employees don't stick around and are constantly unresponsive even with insurance companies. Have a recorded call about how sorry they are for the constant poor service and how they would let me out of our agreement immediately with no issues. Now, they are refusing. Hired an attroney so what I can say is limited. Will provide emails and recorded calls when possible. EDIT: The owner apologized for poor service, said they had been working hard to change things since a poor co-owner partnership split. When he became aware of what was happening he got involved immediately and canceled are agreement along with apologizes. As a business owner myself, I appreciate his professionalism. Things are always going to go right; its how you handle things when they go wrong.

Chris and his team handled my very complex insurance claim over this past year. I was skeptical at first but their professionalism and knowledge of how to navigate a denial from my insurance company made me a believer. My building is a large commercial building with some unique challenges. Never again will I navigate an insurance claim without their help. I can't thank Pivot enough.
They represented me for my home insurance..my claim went from 2k to 40k. They were very professional and handled everything quickly and efficiently. I would definitely recommend them!
BEWARE Piviot Adjusters and I signed a contract to start work and they dropped me right before the deadline for critical paperwork needed to be submitted. They told me they only reviewed the case and didn't even do any work on it. I'm sick about this and I lost a.lot.of money because they did not do what they said they would.
