These people are horrible. I’m a veteran and I was trying to do a streamline refi, this is very common with a VA loan. They told me I was good to go with a little bit over .5 % better loan. Had me pay 500 and 3 mos later still didn’t know when I was going to close. Rates got better on the market and these people wanted to charge me 3k to lower my rate to the better rate. I ended up refinancing with another co. and didn’t even pay out of pocket. Rocket Mortgage never refunded my money and gave me attitude when I switch mortgage companies. In the beginning they will promise you the Bell’s and Whistles, don’t fall for this scam.
