There's a few ups and downs with Rosenberg's. The bagels are great, there is plenty of selection for everyone's tastes. The main downside is that because it's so popular the wait is fairly long. It took 20 or so minutes for my breakfast sandwich. I'd come back but I'd order ahead next time. They were also out of a few choice bagel varieties so I'd get there.on the early side.

We have been fans of the bagels here for months. However, the last 5-6 times we’ve ordered here, we have been extremely disappointed. There is almost always something wrong with the order, whether it be they didn’t give us our sides, the quality, or the unfriendly staff. The “fresh, high quality” bagels have been consistently hard and crunchy. Our go-to is the salt bagel. Recently, these salt bagels are more like plain bagels that happen to brush against some salt. Every time, the wait is upwards of 2 hours for a single bagel with cream cheese. We ordered online not 10 minutes after they opened and it was still an hour and 15 minute wait. Once we got there, it wasn’t ready for another 20 minutes. We finally got the order and it was, once again, wrong. We brought the bagels back and requested the correct order. Ideally, a well-run company and management would prioritize correcting their mistakes. Not here. We have waited an additional 30 minutes and are still waiting. Do not waste your time or money here.

Finally a great NY bagel. My biggest regret is having been in Denver for this long and not trying these bagels sooner. I saw a few reviews here saying the wait is long, and it is, I waited about 45 minutes but that’s a hell of a lot quicker then going to the next best place, NYC for a bagel this good. Do yourself a kindness and get the lox bagel, you won’t be disappointed

Yesssssss thank you Rosenberg’s for bringing the NYC flavor to Denver. As a New Yorker, I can def say you hit the mark. A little pricey but very much worth it. We ordered The Standard, no modifications, the lox was excellent and the everything bagel was perfect. LES also didn’t disappoint. Delicious rye bread, pastrami was perfectly cured, nice touch of the coleslaw. Only wish it had a bit more pastrami but know to other an extra portion next time. Can’t wait to try the Reuben the next time we go!

Not only is this place such a cool shop, but the bagels are absolutely fantastic. The line was a little long, so a guy started handing out some Salmon samples. I tried the Scottish smoked salmon and it was phenomenal. They also didn’t put too much cream cheese on the bagel which is a cardinal bagel sun that a lot of places do.
