When I started looking for a property, Matt really help me out by giving me plenty of options. He was awesome through the whole paperwork process. And is always at the other end of a text message if I need anything such as changing my bank information for payment or questions about permits. Super easy to work with and what a pleasure I'd recommend him to anybody.

My experience with Rural Land Properties was well beyond my expectations. Matt went above and beyond during every part of our transaction. From the initial calls to the paperwork and final sale I was in constant contact with Matt and knew exactly what to expect and when. Rural Land properties is one of the most professional companies that I have ever worked with, I highly suggest them.
Rural Land Properties is THE go-to company for land and real estate in Colorado. Their representative was not only highly communicative, but sacrificed more than I expected him to, at his own expense, to ensure the deed and purchase of my land parcels went smoothly and rapidly in a relatively slow county in Colorado. READ THIS: Their representative- -drove -twice four hours round trip each time- into the mountains- due to a stupid error the local government had made in their processing of our transaction. Rural Land Properties was in constant communication with me and very informative of the process. Beyond that, they are trustworthy, and I would pick no other company to handle land transactions in the state based on my experiences with them. Stop searching around, and use Rural Land Properties. First of all, I generally do not like to leave one star reviews. So I would like to focus on what is done well first and then move into direct feedback. Information about properties on website (as well as all corresponding sister sites) is thorough. Details about payments, prices, electricity, location, exact size, and HOA details are all present. They give so much detail that it leaves little to question. Pictures given are detailed and focused on customer needs. My feedback: This business is nearly impossible to get in touch with. I called both lines given, emailed through various routes, and even texted— there was no response. I would recommend leaving a voicemail with a note stating that you will be out of town or a timeframe in which you will return a phone call. I did receive one call back when I was driving, but no voicemail was left. When trying to call back, no one picked up. I only realized it was the business when I traced the number back through google search. Of course, I’m not sure exactly my messages weren’t returned. It could be that the property wasn’t available, they weren’t in town, or maybe they didn’t want to sell something smaller— I’ll never know. But, the lack of communication cost a sale to the business and the person hiring them to sell their property.
