Ivan and Roberto were excellent to work with. Very professional, and efficient. They installed 2 double vanities in our bathrooms, and did a flawless job. Everything looks great, and they hauled everything our and cleaned up very well. Very friendly as well, and wore their masks at all times, without any prompting from us. Turns out, this was our second time with Roberto, who had installed our kitchen counters a couple of years ago. Thanks again, Roberto, and thanks Ivan!

Ultimately I decided to walk away from a purchase from them. I was lured in by a really inexpensive granite slab only to learn they charge 2 to 3 times the amount of the slab to fabricate the slab. I get that there is some amazing technology that laser cuts the material these days, but the truth is, fabrication has been around longer than these technologies. For example, I looked at a slab that was about 500. To purchase that slab with the cuts would be about 2000. So there is definitely a bait and switch cause the fabrication is where they gouge you (gouge is an understatement). They offer financing, but only if you go with their fabrication. Otherwise, it's cash and carry only, and they literally mean carry. They won't even offer delivery if you purchase the slabs from them. While I was looking at purchasing 4 pieces, I ultimately decided not to move forward because their policies turn punitive if you don't get their grossly overpriced fabrication services. When I mentioned this to the sales rep, she said I was welcome to find a \back alley\ fabricator. I had to laugh. Does she realize that these \back alley\ contractors have been doing this longer than those machines have been around? I am happy to give a company business, but only if they are invested in what fits the needs of their customer. I would not do business with this company. I gave them two stars because they do have a nice inventory. Also, they are owned by the same owners as Granite Depot, so this review applies to both.

Stone Crappers Inc is ran by a slime ball owner. The same crook that owns Granite Cheepo as a matter of fact. These two companies are out to get your money and leave you wanting. Customer service is atrocious. They can't do geometric math to save their lives much less provide an official price on your job! All of their material has huge fissures and defects throughout the slab compared to other places. They make you pay a premium for \exotic\ slabs the owner probably gets for a huge discount due to all the defective slabs he purchased by the bundle! Then, rather than pass the savings on to the consumer, they show you one flawless exotic slab in the warehouse and then send you the crumbling deteriorating slab he got for a discount. All while charging you for \premium exotic slabs\. Poor craftsmanship and overall knowledge of the fabrication and installation process just add more to an already shady experience! Now he's tried to move Stone crappers to a different location in hopes to further disassociate the fabrication process ftom Granite Cheepos reputation. Stone Crappers was terrible before! Now with the move, they have the operational mentality of a decapitated chicken! They ALL SUCK!

My wife and I scheduled an appointment with a sales consultant named Alicia to look at slabs and get a quote on counter tops. Upon arrival we asked the receptionist for Alicia and mentioned we had an appointment. The receptionist verified our information and proceeded to talk with Alicia. When the receptionist returned she informed us that Alicia was busy but she could help us out instead. At this point it was clear our job was not big enough for Alicia's schedule but we proceeded to talk with the receptionist anyway. Our experience felt shady as if they were trying to hide something, the products on the website could not be verified by the receptionist and as others have mentioned the fabrication costs are 2-3 times the cost of the slab.(75 plus per square foot of finished product) We will be taking our business elsewhere due to the unprofessional nature at Stone Crafters.
