When we moved into our house last year, DIRECTV installed our dish on a temporary ground stand with concrete blocks on each corner for stability and weight because we had not called 811 for utilitity marking. Needless to say, that looks terrible and we wanted the dish mounted on a pole for a cleaner look. I saw many positive reviews on our local Nextdoor page for FreeTVee and contacted the owner, Brian through Nextdoor. I know he is in the business of getting people to cut cords, but I wanted to see if he would be willing to mount and re-aim our dish. He was very responsive and said he could take care of that with no problem. I had already called 811 and once the utilities were marked, we setup an appointment. Louis called prior to coming to give us a heads up on his window of arrival. He arrived on time and had a very friendly and professional personality. He had the dish off the temporary stand and had the hole dug in no time. By the time he left, we had a nice, clean install on the dish and a better signal! The co-owner of this business, Bruce was also on site and we talked a bit about his business and product. We only keep DIRECTV for the the NFL Sunday Ticket, so when their NFL contract is up, we'll be calling them back to CUT THE CORD and start saving a ton of money. I would highly recommend this company to anyone. You have to figure if they're this good at doing something that they really don't do regularly, they have to be even better at their primary focus. I thank them for a very professional job and a much better looking dish!
I am so very happy I gave FreeTVee a call since I was so tired of paying almost 200 a month in cable. Now I get the local channels and streaming services I want and just had to pay a low 1 time fee (very affordable). They are truly the best option out there!!
We've been with Freetvee from the beginning and they just continue to make watching TV/Movies/etc easier and more cost effective every year. Certainly they were the first cord cutting company out there and now the best b/c of their time in the game. Customer service is on point and helpful. Of course cutting the cord comes with a new learning curve in how you watch but once you transition it truly is a better viewing experience when you know you are not paying out the nose for so many channels you don't need and also you get rid of those pressure filled contracts! Highly recommend!
Brian, Bruce, and the entire team at freeTVee are simply fantastic. They not only helped us cut the cord, but they modernized our entire home with a complete digital experience. My wife and I both work from home and can rely upon sound audio and video for our interactions with clients and prospects. Our kids are increasingly bandwidth hungry with all of their devices and are good to go. And our family can enjoy all of our shows and movies together. All at a fraction of the cost of the cable giants. We've recommended freeTVee extensively to our neighbors and friends and will continue to do so.
