The BEST spot in Denver - open kitchen, fresh ingredients, wide but curated menu, and a European flare. Great for coffees and breakfast in the morning, getting a drink with your laptop in the afternoon, or a nice diner in the evening. Such a gem in a neighborhood full of 'standard trendy' restaurants.

This was one of the best tasting meals I may have EVER had. The chorizo, grits...and the sauce. I was disappointed by the bacon, as I assumed it was pork belly based in the menu description.
Best pastries and sweets in Denver. Seriously good almond croissants and unique treats changing menu daily. Fantastic chef.
Eloped today and afterwards my husband had brunch set up as a surprise. Everyone here went above and beyond to make our brunch special and safe. I have not seen this level of service and details in a Denver restaurant in a long time. The food was phenomenal and service was phenomenal. I can’t say thank you enough to all the staff and chefs at The Bindery for making our morning brunch so special and wonderful. Officially our new favorite spot in Denver. Food is all beautiful and absolutely perfect. The Bloody Mary was I think the best I’ve had in a very very long time! The mimosas my husband had were equally as wonderful. You can’t go wrong with anything you order here.
Located in the thick of a busy restaurant neighborhood, The Bindery stands out with it's thoroughly inspired menu, service and ambience. We started with drinks and an exceptional Green Tomato Plum salad, our server Lauren made great suggestions on drink choices. For the main course my Tenderloin Burger was nothing short of amazing, my friend enjoyed her paella as well. The Bindery dinner menu is very nuanced and varied, their choice ingredients served in unusual variations and for us, it all worked for a really enjoyable night. Service was superb on an admittedly quiet weekday evening, you may experience something different for brunch or lunch, I'm sure the Bindery is mobbed for brunch. Parking is a challenge in this neighborhood, strongly recommend Uber or very early arrival to find a spot but the Bindery was well worth the minor hassle.
