Wow, wow, wow!!! The Pig & Sprout saved the day!! My bf and I came into town for a few days, and it turned out that Denver was level 4 for covid, so a lot was closed. Some restaurants had outdoor seating, but a lot didn't, and it was cold. The Pig & Sprout had a massive tent with heaters, and it felt comfortable. We enjoyed a lovely brunch, and the mimosas were delicious! The food was excellent! The chicken was very tender n waffles were just right! Whenever you are in town, make sure to stop by, you will not be disappointed.

My wife and I visited here last week. They seated us at outdoor table closed to a heater so it was comfortable even lightly snowing outside. The staff was friendly and very attentive. The food was delicious especially the sources served with Pulled pork Tacos was impressive. Probably it uses Kimchi and pineapple juice that made wonderful taste. Also their grilled Brussels sprout was amazing. I love this vegetable and try at many restaurant and I would say this was one of the best as far as I tasted.
So delicious. Went for lunch and next I want to come for dinner (and drinks) and brunch. Just, everything was yummy, the ambience is hip but not overbearing, music was good. Good safety and COVID restrictions too, I felt safe (dine in). Everything we ordered was amazing - pork green chili, brisket au jus, brussels sprouts with bacon, and asian buffalo wings. Wow. I would order those and anything else from this menu.
super cute atmosphere and their covid precautions made everyone feel safe. the puked pork salad was to die for. this restaurant has the perfect variety for everyone!
Outdoor dining was provided with heaters for the comfort of their guests. Service was fast and our host Sean was incredibly attentive to our needs. The food was absolutely amazing, the pulled pork sandwich was delicious. Words simply cannot describe how satisfying our stay was. Definitely worth many visits :)
