Do Not use this company, the owner is unprofessional and a racist, i overheard him say he doesn't like to hire blacks but has to in order to not get a lawsuit. There guards are not professional and often socialize on the clock while smoking marijuana on job sites. The owner Thomas, is a liar and a cheat and anyone who uses this company will find theses accusations to be true for yourself.

Best job I have ever had in my entire life. I've learned a lot in the short time I've been here. All the staff (management & employees) are people friendly , reasonable , down to earth , but extremely qualified to do the job with a more hands on approach to each individual client we work for , as apposed to larger company's who over-look or don't have time for COMMUNICATION & detailed specifications on site between clients , guards , etc. If I owned a place of business I would hire them without a doubt in my mind knowing what I know now. Every Guard I've worked with personally have been some of the most quality people I have ever come into contact with , personally , and professionally. We come from all walks of life but work together as a team and a family. The managers are great to there employees and clients they charter security to. Thomas the owner is the best boss I've ever had in all sincerity. Not sure why anybody would write a negative review and if I had to make a educated guess , I'd say anything negative you might read on here is written by someone with a grudge who does not use reason, and would rather be pig headed than to admit they are probably to blame for any negative experience they may of had. The Truth is , True Security. I highly recommend US. I look forward to working for this company for a long long time. (Until I die somehow)

I have been employed by this security company for a little over a year and I up to this point have been very surprised by the excellent communication and professionalism shown by this company.. Owner and management staff truly care about their clients and employees, better customer service than those bigger companies out there. Thank you Guys for letting me excel with your company!!!
Excellent company to do Business with. They provided us security at a time of emergency. The guard was excellent and attentive. Management was professional, well mannered and knowledgeable in the field of security. I would definitely recommend True Security of Denver.
