In late 2019, Weave facilitated a $8.5 million Federal NMTC transaction supporting the improvements to the main campus and expansion of Laradon Hall Society’s program space for developmentally disabled students and adults. In early 2018, Weave facilitated a $14 million NMTC transaction supporting the construction of the first manufacturing for Pursell Agritech in rural Sylacauga, Alabama. The company has developed innovative environmentally friendly controlled release fertilizer technologies and micronutrient delivery systems. In early 2015, Weave facilitated a $12 million New Markets Tax Credit transaction to support the construction of the Goodwill Opportunity Center in Charlotte, NC. The Center will provide a medical clinic, credit union, job training, and other social services under one roof for Goodwill’s clients.
