My mom had to ship something through DHL. So my dad and I came to The Shipping Grounds on February 15 2021. The owner Joe was very nice and he did a good job explaining how DHL works and the shipping process and the international address system. We arrived almost at closing and he stayed late and really helped out. I highly recommend The Shipping Grounds.

The Shipping Grounds is a blessing. Joe and his team are dedicated and trustworthy. When my home was sold, Joe helped me to understand that even when I had no home of record anymore, that I could for a very reasonable price rent not just a mailbox, but a new legal address which is expected to satisfy the DMV, banks, and other institutions which may require such information as well as receive mail and parcels. A visit to the Shipping Grounds makes me feel welcome and that is priceless.

I'm not sure I can remember a better international shipping experience. Joe was so helpful and totally upfront with costs. I won't even think about looking elsewhere next time I need shipping from a location near Joe. Thanks for your help.

I never write reviews but DO NOT SHIP FROM HERE. I've only used this service twice and had a bad experience both times. I was mailing a time-sensitive package and the guy put the wrong city on the label because he \knew the street\ even though I told him the correct city. It was returned to sender and when I went to pick it up back from this location, it was completely damaged (\crushed\ was his description)! The other time I mailed something from here, I sent it priority and it took over two weeks to arrive. He overcharges and zero of my packages arrived when they were supposed to. My family and I are going back to awful USPS because even they are more reliable than this place.
