I need for someone to tell me how to report a case worker. Ms. Campbell has to be the worst caseworker in the State of Michigan. She is very rude and disrespectful to people and I'm not even her client. Ms. Campbell called protective services on my mother for no reason. My mom is taken very good care of; Ms. Campbell had the nerve to scream and holler at me today. I done. I need to speak with her supervisor. Ms. Campbell is trying to make a case on my mother by lying about the my mom's case.

Case workers typically never return your call. I finally got my case worker to call me back after searching for an hour to get a hold of a supervisor. He promised to send me documents to update my employment status and address, but he never sent it. As a result, I got a notice that compared public records to determine that my employment status changed, when I actually made an effort to report this all along. Most staff makes it seem like it is a nuisance to help you. Along with other city departments, Detroit's public service really needs to step it up.

Terrible! Nobody answers the phone, the ppl have smart mouths at front desk, they disrespectful, act like they don't like their jobs, and they have big attitude problems. The Service is Terrible, Awful....
