Our experience was a little different compared to other reviews on here. He came out to do a complete rebuild of our hot tub. This included a whole new spa pack and some plumbing. Everything worked great with the exception of the air blower which didn't work because of a stuck backflow valve. We used our rebuilt tub for about a year when the heater went out. I called Don and he told me he would get back to me on the following Monday. He didn't. So, after a week I called him again and this time he said he was busy but would get back to me in a (couple) of days. Again, we never heard from him. A few weeks later, I tried him again and he acted irritated because he was in the middle of a big pool job. This time, I made sure he knew we weren't looking for anything free, we simply wanted to make an appointment for him to come out and install/fix a new heater element. We never heard from again. In the end, we used someone else. I think he needs to take the "Dependable" off his Dependable Pool & Spa Service name.

We had great service fixing the hot tub. Couldn't have asked for a more professional, courteous, friendly, and quick fix of our hot tub. 5 star service at a great price. We would highly recommend Dependable Pool and Spa to all of our friends. Thank you Don for making our hot tub like new again. WOW!
I have been dealing with Don now for over 5 years. It is reassuring to know that I am dealing with a man who is honest, ethical, and impeccable with his word. He is extremely proficient at his trade and has kept my equipment running optimally through out the course of our relationship. He always affords me his time even when I just call to ask simple questions about my pool and spa. I give Dependable Pool & Spa my highest recommendation.
We had Don come out and do a pool inspection for us at a house we are buying. He was way more helpful than I ever would have expected! He took time to explain everything to me in a simple way, went over regular maintenance that would need to be done, and gave us other references for service we would need. He seems very passionate about what he does and is very good at it. We won't be going to anyone else!

Whenever we have an issue with our pools or spa we can not fix ourselves, we call Don. He is great to work with. Don has always been able to diagnose the issue and find the most cost effective way to fix it quickly. We have depended on Don since 2003....he is the only local repair man we have found that can actually repair components; most repairman just replace the whole thing!
Don really knows the equipment, and is willing to help me solve some issues over the phone. I call him for honest answers to my questions, and appreciate his commitment to doing the job right. If you want honest, expert work, I recommend Dependable Pool and Spa Service.
