Had the nastiest customer service experience by associate Rita at this store location today. Not sure how this woman has a job after treating customers so badly. I left and did not even get what I was going to buy because I felt as though I was burdening her at the cash register. Go to Christmas tree shop instead you will have a nicer experience with the workers there.
Generally, I love BB & B. However since the pandemic hit and now Christmas time, the shelves for what I needed were pretty much empty. Well I guess I got to wait until next month to give them a chance to restock. Normally they are great for me to shop in.
Bed Bath has really lost its focus on customer service. I arrived at the store with my son to purchase a robotic mop. The store had a large banner advertising 25% off for the holiday weekend.tjeybalsonhad signs through out the store for 100 back on a 300 purchase. Well apparently they don't honor 30 foot banners or the 80 signs that expired over a week ago. Had to go all the way to a regional manager. Sad to see sick a great company fall to economic hard ship.
Great experience. Well stocked store. Nothing out of place. The staff was spot on. The took me exactly to the item I needed in my price range.
