Discount Tire has great customer service. From the time that I entered I was acknowledged as well as helped in a timely manner. The tech that I worked with knew that I was in a rush and handle my request in a timely fashion I was impressed. I will recommend Discount Tire to my family and friends.

Unfortunately, I did not get a chance to buy anything but a gentleman named Hudson or Holt made me very uncomfortable. Might be able to sell more if he wasn't trying to give his number to every female that walked into this facility.
This particular Discount Tire has a really excellent staff, they always get my truck taken care of in an efficient manner.
This store is a true 5 star experience. The Derby KS team have their act together. They meet, greet, assess, and explain with great effeciency. I want to thank them for caring about my safety on the road. Watching these employees work was like observing an efficient race car team. Thanks again guys for getting those tires on my car! It drives better than ever.
Love this place! Great customer service and always willing to help out. Will not go anywhere else for my wheel or tire needs.
