There is a marked improvement in efficiency, customer care and service delivery since the young lady started working for you some months ago - sorry I don't recall her name. I used your salvage and recycling business a month or so ago during a stressful time for our family. The young lady was a breathe of fresh air, compassionate, patient and provided guidance disposing of salvage in preparation for the sale of his property. I've been using the Santa fe location for about 2 years and should've given a review before now. I have a junk removal business and bring scrap metal in all the time.. I'm on a first name basis with ALL the staff..Very friendly each and every time!!!!! The whole team Definitely deserves 5 stars!
