We should give them a zero star. They failed to provide us an ASL interpreter. We had no knowledge of that system when we moved from another state. They left me a huge medical bill with no health insurance. it is now in the collection and my credit score is low. Cuz of no freaking interpreter. Fxxk them.....

I came in to ask about my insurance and the African American lady up front was so rude to me, not once but twice. I told her it's a life and death situation and she kept on denying me to speak to someone else and telling me I have to come between 9 and 11am. I am epileptic and my seizures happen between that time and she says she doesn't care and that I am not calling the shots. I had a kidney transplant and I have to take medication for it. I told her I could die if I don't get my meds. She just doean't care. I want to report her to the appropriate department. She doesn't deserve to work there. Does anybody know where I can report this incident? Please help.
