Shopping was fine given the time of the year. What was not fine was the ONE checkout person with a line of 8-10 people. I shopped twice in three days and this was the case both times. While in line I observed multiple staff walking around doing whatever they were supposed to be doing. Poor management!

I always enjoy browsing here, but it is quite pricey. Today, i was shocked they didn't have any proper running shorts or a running section for that matter. Otherwise, you can find an array of novelty items such as Spikeball, which you can't find at other places. While i can't give it 5 stars, it's still a must see if you go to west county mall. Also, whatever happened to their massive climbing wall?! That thing was awesome.

Top notch service I purchased a paddle board online and picked it up in 30 minutes. OK price but killer service. They are big but they don't act like it. Done.

This is a great sports store for general merchandise. They have loads of products and two floors in this location. I have not seen an elevator here but I'm sure there is one for wheelchair accessibility. They can be a bit pricy depending on what you are looking for as they carry a lot of name brand clothing and gear.
