Took daughter to have a rapid covid test done and after testing positive I find out they don't report it to Illinois correctly and the health department never gets notified. I am having issues getting the documents I need for my daughter to go back to school and my son and father in law for work. Plus they do not return phone calls!

After going there twice and referring several people here for testing, I want everyone to know what happened to my family and friends today. Needless to say, I will not be referring them anymore. After making an appointment to get COVID tested for a flight they arrived and were told that this was user pay. Never had to pay for a test before. After some billing questions and understandable issues (some in the group were not prepared to user pay) the grumpy, frumpy staff denied them service. I understand this is their right, so writing a review is my right too. I would not recommend them anymore...
