Crumbl cookie is way better not just for the quality and taste of the cookies but a way better work experience. If I were you I would go to crumbl cookie which is right down the road from the west co mall.

Cookies here are amazing! Staff is the complete opposite. Drove out of my way to buy multiple cookies for the family. Two individuals working behind the counter were rude and unprofessional. I only asked two questions, but every time I did - there was a sigh and a one word answer, but then they kept chatting and giggling with each other. While I was getting my drinks and bags off the counter they turned away and had a Skype call with one of their friends (you can tell by a complete change of tone). I guess we don’t wish customers a good day anymore.... I wish there was a self checkout because I would love to support this company, as the product is wonderful! However somethings needs to be done about the staff, as a customer I’m not a nuisance, I’m a paying customer!
Cookies are great! I often get the double doozies, which are awesome, but all of their cookies are very good. You can’t go wrong. The service is also very quick.
If I could give them a negative star I would. I have been trying to get ahold of this location for a week now. The phone just rings until it disconnects. I called the 1-800 number and they couldn’t help because they couldn’t get ahold of them either! My daughter looks forward to the cookie cake for her birthday every year or I would have said forget it! Totally disappointed with the Great America Cookie Company!
Great service amazing people and very kind Ashley was very sweet didn't take long for me to get 5 cookie cakes!
