Harley, the Manager, was very unprofessional and rude. I don’t think i’ll ever shop at Journeys at West County Mall again just because of the attitude she had. The customer is always right even if they are wrong. And that’s how the mindset should be working in the department she is in. I highly recommend not to shop at this specific one.
