Having been a Sebring cutter for almost 55 years, we used to have our Filipino Shears sharpened by an expert who died. Nobody else could do them as they had to be corrugated on one edge. Ross is the only cutlery who doesn't destroy the shears as they are soft metal. They use the old belt method. The best for your shears. Anybody else will take off too much.

Noted other complaints about drivers. What kind of company has drivers like this? Cozzini driver zooms into St. Mary’s Mexican Food in Tucson AZ at 4:15pm Sept. 22 scattering people out of the way and blocks both the entrance and exit with his truck. As people are waiting to leave/enter I ask him if he’s just going to block the entrance and exit and he replies “yep” and walks into the restaurant - which I thought had good COVID policies - without a mask. I plan to talk to restaurant management about their sharpening service supplier tomorrow.
Do not let them sharpen your property. If you need sharp knives, go to a local shop. These guys buy knives from China and use them in their restaurant exchange. The employees have no clue or respect for fine consumer knives like Wusthofs, Zwillings, Shun etc.
Was almost ran over by one of their white vans in my apartment complex parking lot. 30mph is unnecessary and ridiculous. Get your act together.
These guys are aggressive and bad drivers. I was unfortunate enough to see their little trio of white vehicles on the freeway in Michigan today. They are an absolute danger on the road. Sad.
