Hi, I just wanted to say I had great help here from Stephanie at 1950 prospect location. She was making everything very easy step by step and I definitely would work with her again. Very kind and I wish every employee anywhere would be this helpful. I decided not to go with a unit considering things on my side became a little easy with other help with family however in the future I would most definitely come back to see her for help if I ever need it. This review is for the CubeSmart on Mt. Prospect Rd. Customer service was great - especially Shelley (very pleasant and helpful person). They were always available if you needed help with something. Premises were kept clean. Easy getting in and out of facility. Felt like my belongings were safe and had no issues with my unit after moving in.
The manager at the Des plaines,Il location is raz. He is fantastic at customer service. The grounds are always clean.
