We went to get a water bill checked out and Lora (Laura) was very kind, and very eager to help us. She immediately to great care of us. She was very kind and helped us right away. Because of the nice people there it was a great experience for us!

It’s been about three weeks since I submitted a building permit for a relatively small project, it is taking way too long. I understand there is a process for building permits but I’ve never waited more than 2 weeks for a single project let alone wait almost a month for it. On top of that, when I express my concerns to the permit clerk she gets an attitude and hangs up on me. WORST customer service. I work customer service and when a customer expresses any concern to you, you sit there and listen not sit there and get an attitude and hang up on them.
