I took my mom to pick up her winning. I had no idea that they'd keep 40% of her winning. Very strange. The process was very organized. Set your appointment online, provide specific win information, arrive at your appointment and they already have everything ready for you. Why is there no Chicago location available for win pickups?
Security staff was nice and very helpful. Please be sure that when you are cashing in your ticket that you have your ID or driver's license and other forms of identification or else you will have to leave and come back or reschedule! The five stars is for the security staff. One of the workers however did come off as rude to which he should've simply called off if that's the case. Pandemic or not, don't bring negative energy to where you have to rely on a source of income.
What an absolute joke and typical of the corrupt dishonest incompetent Illinois way. The new website is an absolute disaster and has wasted to much of my time already. It is not possible to pay for a lucky day lotto subscription of 14 at once. They deduct each draw to confuse and steal money from your account. I was already charged 2 for midday and evening draw on 02/24/2019 than they robbed be of another 1 at 02/24/2019 at 12:47pm for the same numbers and again at 02/24/2019 at 9:18pm for them same numbers. This was after i wasted my valuable time talking to customers service on 02/24/2019 and was told and lied to that it would never deduct to much and would be notified when I had insufficient funds. I called today again after noticing Illinois lottery trying to pay for the financial problems the ignorant politicians have got this state into by stealing money and making their website difficult to understand for the consumer. I CANCELLED my subscription and told the ignorant broad to refund all my money on all the games and the 61 I deposited. But she was incompetent crook thinking she will bamboozle me. I will never play a Illinois lottery game again. And I suggest you never subject yourself to getting defrauded either!!!
