John, Our sales Representative - No calls back - No accountability - They do what they want. They don't care about their customers. They don't appreciate our money that we making them. They charge ahead of time and send their trucks ahead of time back to back. They don't care if the concrete is fresh, take 0 accountability for quality. As owner of DNA Landscapes Top brand in the Chicagoland area. I am accountable to all my customers even if the concrete come burnt or bad. They do not care and don't even send quality control for mistakes. Kevin their top manager stated he would give us a call never did. I had theft last year and someone tried again this year, they refuse to give up who it was or locations.
