I love People ready in Des Plaines. They are cool and help you alot. I just didn't like when my vehicle got took some was acting very disdainful like I was a dependent or something. But the one's who didn't change up on me after i could provide rides anymore, make me want to stay dealing with People Ready. Overall Great place to find work daily weekly or monthly! This office located by Jewel Osco has wasted my brother's time by denying him a chance to work even though he had to fill forms and answer long tests. He was told to go back another day after applying. Disappointed by how the lady did not cooperate and said he was not allowed to apply in a year although he gave all his information and did what he was told.
If I could give them no stars I would but google doesn’t let me. This location is very rude and unprofessional. This office needs to be investigated and held accountable for their bad behavior, rudeness and unprofessionalism. They are very rude and disrespectful to the hard working employees. Their sides of the story is always filled with false information. Out of spite, they purposely pay employees the next day instead of the same day. If you call and let them know that you haven’t been paid yet, they will argue with you about it and proclaim that you have been paid already when you clearly haven’t been paid. Out of spite they will suspend hard working employees. This location makes many dispatch mistakes and will blame any miscommunication on the employee who was given the wrong info. Do not work for this location if you can avoid it. If you say or do one thing they don’t like they will blackball you in the system. They will write notes full of false info under your name in the system to make you look bad to other offices. Valentina is famous for hanging up on hard working employees in the middle of a conversation. Once Veronica was going to put me on a job ticket. Veronica told me to check my schedule and call her back to let her know. When I called back Valentina and Anthony REFUSED to let me speak to Veronica and claimed the job was already filled. Later that night I found out that the job still had open spots. This office is very spiteful, rude and borderline evil. If you are an adult you should stay away from this office. They are very rude, very spiteful, very immature and very unprofessional.

They cost me a permanent job with a customer, telling them that I quit. I had been with the customer for 2 months and counting, and I was on the verge of being hired. By telling the customer that I quit, the customer doesn't want me to work with them again. There's another customer that wanted me to work with them, but Des Plaines doesn't want to put me there. This office cares has a very unprofessional manager. My unfortunate experience forced me to take my skills to other offices. I wouldn't recommend any worker to go through that office.
