PsPrint are the best! I've been using them for a couple of years now. Not only are their finished products great, but the customer service is excellent. They really do review every project and contact you with any concerns before printing.
I'm not sure what's better: their print quality or customer service. I'm delighted with both and keep coming back to PSPrint :D
The worst customer service I’ve ever received from a printer. Small, simple job and they completely missed the deadline and were unwilling to get it done and fix the problem. Apparently they’re incapable of manually starting a print job. Completely unheard of. Avoid at all costs. Customer service: Don’t even attempt to reply as if trying to fix the problem for the sake of Google reviews. Spoke to four different associates on multiple calls and there was no willingness or “capability” of helping in any way. Absolutely unheard of.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Paid a premium for expedited shipping and guaranteed delivery date. Promise date came and went. They posted a tracking number but never shipped the order. Called customer service, which is based in Kansas City. They have no ability to contact the Chicago facility except to email them. They said \someone would call in 3-5 hours\ and repeatedly hung up on me when I asked to speak to a manager or someone in Chicago who could help.
