As a driver, the backing didn't really bother me at all. I've been in a lot worse places to back into. I had an 11am appointment, got in a little early and was done quickly. Not sure what all the complaints are from other drivers, and yes, I pull a 53' trailer.

Just left des plaines location and when I walked in I noticed the young lady at the front desk not wearing her mask, no big deal. When I go too check out the cashier tells me too put my mask on correctly .( I had my mask on ) When I tell the front end about the young lady up front I get attitudes and a comment as one of the people go too the office to tell management. As I'm walking out your management doesn't have their masks on at all. This is the second time this has happened, what's good for one is good for all. If you're in the building WEAR YOUR MASK ALSO.

For truck-drivers - 53' trailers. You need to close the road to park in there.

The casher’s and workers such as manager all very bad communicate with customers. All of them screaming and yelling to the customer. Seems like Mexican community. I saw why American don’t like Mexican example
