The service is abysmal. The hoops you have to jump through just to be able to get in contact with the office is ridiculous. One would think that they would be personable and serviceable when trying to turn in paperwork/payments. The hours are total lies they work at their own leisure.

This Place is Nice And Cozy The neighbors are friendly.They are schools are all around so no worries on traveling far.
After many attempts of obtaining a home at another community, I came back to try with Town and Country. The process was simple, and the community manager made everything simple. Bought a great home at a low price. Love the fact that lot fee includes water and trash. And the fee is much lower than other communities. Community is quiet, safe and friendly. Only reason I'm giving 4 stars out of 5 is because unlike other communities, they dont allow pets. I've had to leave my furry companions with my family. If they were willing to change the no pet policy; they would deff deserve 5 of 5
i love living here.but the lot rent is a little bit too high with not much yard space. im going to miss the office assistant itza she was the best person to me when i bought my place a year and 2 months ago.
My mom lives here and I feel like they have way too many rules here.. the management made my mom's neighbors get rid of their small canopy... u can't have dogs ... And the lot rent is way too over priced
