Very welcoming atmosphere and the staff are friendly and willing to help. I recently had a book engraved and was told it would take 24hrs. Ended up not being ready within that time but they quickly started working on when I came back in. Unfortunately I couldn’t wait and had to come back the next day. I wasn’t in any rush to get the book back so an extra day didn’t hurt at all and the book turned out gorgeous.

We visited the shop yesterday. It was clean. There was a wide variety of merchandise for sale. The staff were friendly and helpful. They had some nice wall art. It was a nice place to poke around and shop. Thank you for a good experience.
Always my favorite place to browse even if all I want is to feel peace. I truly love the comfy chairs to relax and read. Such a variety of uplifting materials.
A book could be written about the positives of this store. A spacious building filled with all manner of wonderful things is what you should expect. Expect this and you will not be disappointed. The staff here are friendly, their prices competitive, and all their products are of a good and reliable quality. Their art selection is particularly good.
Necessary to come here for some things but the last several times I’ve been here there’s been no one at the register and it’s been a super long wait even as the only one in line. 3 times consecutively it’s been that way.
Love this place! I highly recommend getting the platinum membership yearly!
Love Deseret Book offers so many church resources and music
