The staff is super friendly. They will help with your questions about any of the medical equipment. If I ever need their services again I know I can trust them to help. Deseret Medical came to my family's rescue yesterday! We are from Idaho and found ourselves in need of a lift chair for a week following my son's surgery in SLC. Great prices, amazing customer service. They totally go out of their way to help. We use them for our oxygen needs with our NICU graduate baby. The owner is available to speak to if needed for any questions. We switch to them after using A... and we have loved being with them since. They treat you like family. Totally recommend them!

Maya was amazing to work with. She went above and beyond in helping me get a wheelchair for my uncle, even helped with calling the doctor when I was having a hard time getting all of the information needed. She made sure that the wheelchair was delivered before my uncle left town. Thank you!!
