This place is gross, the owner, and staff are very rude, and invasive. My husband and I went to get breakfast and came back to a member of the staff rummaging through our room, and personal belongings, she had our phones and chargers in her hand and asked us if they were ours like she didn’t know??? Who does that? They had no gloves or masks or any social distancing guidelines. No one on the staff would wear a mask during a pandemic. The tv did not work, there are stains on everything. They have cockroaches and bed bugs, they aren’t trustworthy. She stole my pillow, and refused to give it back, and started cussing me out, threatening to call the police. Avoid this place it is a garbage dump.

Great place to relax by the pool and nice view from my room.
Mineral hot springs are wonderful. Would love to know more about its history. Sad that it's going to ruin. Still worth a visit just to see what once was and what could maybe be again with a large investment.
Horrible since the moment of check in My first room had no toilet paper and no towels! They had used blankets and used soaps . Blankets had fresh stains. 2nd room had someone In it! 3rd room had a roach 4th room seem normal ! No refunds w Chinese lady
Rudest people ever! I called for questions and was put on hold for 5 minutes while I listened to him check in other customers. I told him I would call back. When I called back to enquire he said he was busy with people on the other line and to call back. When I called back again he argues with me, was short and cut me off when I talked and wouldn’t listen to what I had to say. No customer service whatsoever!
Just the first sight of this place is horrible. I walked into the front office requested a refund immediately. Extremely dirty. Nothing nice or cute about this place.
If I can give a negative rating I would no question about it. This place is old and outdated. Had a guy that sounded like he was trying to get in on another room late at night couldn't sleep. Room was old, broken levers on sink, t.v. didn't work, old towels, doors didn't close properly you had to use force to close them. I mean I have a long list lights only had one that worked. We asked for a refund the lady offered another room but most likely its the same. After a discussion she got defensive so we left. I SAY DO NOT COME HERE SPEND A LIL MORE AND STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE.
