A wonderful little gem in lower Arcadia. Caring staff and wonderful vet. Dr. Olivia Pan. They provide a lot of different services and we have used her over the years. Diabetic dog, labs, x-rays all on site Today we used her for euthanasia. It's the second time we've done it and for such a difficult experience she and her staff made it a very loving transition. They let us hold her while they administered the medication, they let us stay as long as we wanted and also offer cremation and paw prints as well. They are both pet and person focused here. Dr. Pan is the perfect blend of professionalism and compassion. Thank you

Dr. Olivia Pan is a loving, caring vet. We are so happy to have her taking such great care of our beloved 13 year old goldendoodle, \Mackie\. Two years ago, Dr. Pan detected a tumor, which turned out to be cancerous. We feel like Dr. Pan saved our doggie's life by detecting the tumor early. We had the tumor removed, and Mackie has been cancer free ever since. We just had an ultrasound done, and are so thrilled that it was all clear. Dr. Pan performed a surgery for Mackie in January 2020 to remove a non-cancerous growth, which turned out perfectly and has never returned. We find the staff to be very friendly, helpful, and caring. Thank you!!!
This vet was chosen after I read the reviews and took a realistic view of what I read. I have taken both of the dogs on separate appointments this week. I was very happy with both appointments. One dog had a total meltdown and really not totally examined because of his meltdown, as I would expect from any provider. He was treated with excellent care, as much as was allowed. He also was completely accepted and understood by staff. They are willing to work with us in coordinated care to get him calm enough to have a proper check up. Talk about patience!! My other pup is total opposite. Happy to be there, cooperative. Even when an ear infection was discovered and treatment done, no issues. Again, the excellent, communicative staff made the visit easy. I understood what was being said and explained, making a sound decision easy. My dog was treated. I was educated on her particular needs and I HAPPILY recommend this office!!! Give Dr. Pan and her amazing staff an opportunity to help your fur family. I am glad I did, fur sure! LOL...couldn't help myself. Fur sure it was a funny opportunity!
Great vet clinic with very helpful and friendly staff. Reasonable prices. Glad I found this place to take my cat!
