For a few reasons - Ms Noor is very responsive Helped us with our designs and not added a load to our invoice for that service as she certainly looks longer term that helps both parties Open to suggestions and offer help when needed Turnaround times are the best I have seen making you feel she is o lot taking care of my work when that is not true And mostly importantly excellent value that business like ours need.....all in all an excellent business model....
