Arrived during business hours but DWR was closed for a mid day meeting. No worries, we thought, we will just wait. They end up being closed for 50 min during the work day...which is 20 min longer than the sign said was supposed to happen. Just locked in there staring at us mid day on a Tuesday. The guy inside put a sticky note on the door with his cell phone number to text us to go get some ice cream while we waited?!? When we finally got inside, they showed us some chairs but never sent us a quote or invoice. Ended up purchasing elsewhere. Wasted our lunch break. Unprofessional. Shop elsewhere.

Beautiful showroom with a wide range of furniture. I was looking for office chairs and tables in particular. My salesperson, William, was extremely kind and knowledgeable about each chair. I'd highly recommend visiting if you have any interest in high end furniture. Just make sure to call ahead and schedule an appointment!

Great Sales people... terrible post sale service! I bought a Tizio Lamp a few years ago. The lamp needs service. They don't provide any service to the products they sale out of the warranty period. They don't recommend or provide any further information on repairs or services. So I guess the answer would be a buy a new lamp! Bravo Design Within Reach. Never been so disappointed on a post sale service experience for expensive designer products
